Resource Development
Sustaining the mission of the Declaration of Respect requires throughtful resource development. Our focus is on securing the financial, informational, and human resources necessary to support community engagement, officer training, and the larger vision of re-imagining public safety. By partnering with donors, businesses, and local organizations, we ensure the ongoing success and expansion of our programs. Resource Development also includes providing tools and educational materials that empower both officers and community members to engage meaningfully with the intiative.
Objective:

We have been working to secure funding through grant applications, donor outreach, and partnerships with local businesses.
